In my practice I work from the assumption that sports and fitness activities improve and enhance people's lives in a multitude of ways.
Sport psychology can help to improve performance, increase personal growth, and contribute to overall well being of athletes regardless of age, ability, or competition/participation level. I am committed to helping individuals to be the best they can be at their chosen sport and activities.
Set backs such as injuries have an emotional impact as well as physical. In my practice I work with individuals to aid in staying motivated and focused during the rehabilitation process with the goal of returning to sport and activity with competence and confidence.
I strive to give athletes, coaches, and families the tools for excellence not only in sport but in life as well. The decision to seek assistance is difficult and making changes takes a great deal of courage. There can be benefit in getting help coping with life circumstances, injuries, and the many other factors that get in the way of participating in sports and fitness activities to the best of your abilities.
